Southside Circle Dance Sessions
The Southside Circle Dance Group meets the first Saturday of the month in the beautiful stained glass, sunlit Queen’s Park Parish Church.
Circle Dances from Around the World plus NEW! Bach Flower Remedy Dances. 11.45am (for 12 noon start) till 1.30pm, Saturday, 6th October 07, Queen’s Park Parish Church, 170 Queen’s Drive (Blue Door). Cost £5.
Circle Dance brings us out of our minds and into our bodies in a very gentle way. New this autumn, we’ are adding Bach Flower Remedy Dances to our repertoire. As moving meditations these dances are a way of connecting with personal challenges & allowing the energies of movement and music to flow through our systems.
Don’t think! Don’t talk! Just DANCE and ENJOY!! New members always welcome. No previous dance experience needed.
